Madan, Sham ask youth to promote pro-poor decisions of Congress

JAMMU, Mar 12: One day convention of Youth Congress was held at Muthi, here today, in which office bearers of PYC, LYC, AYC and NSUI participated.
Main objective of the convention was to ensure the victory of Madan Lal Sharma, Congress candidate from Jammu- Poonch Parliamentary constituency with a huge margin. Stress was laid on to popularize  the pro-poor decisions and achievements of Congress like RTI, Food Security Bill, Land Acquisition Bill, Street Vendors Bill , 73rd Amendment , Railway Division Jammu  and one rank one pension.
Madan Lal Sharma (MP) and  Sham Lal Sharma, Minister for PHE, Irrigation & FC, also addressed the convention and  appealed  the youth to re-double their efforts in promoting  the pro-poor policies, decisions  of Congress as  Rahul Gandhi AICC vice- president has conferred huge responsibility on the shoulders of youth to strengthen the Congress  at grass root level.
Vice president PYC , general secretaries PYC, LYC presidents, general secretary  LYC, AYC presidents , NSUI president and  vice presidents  lauded  the role of  Madan Lal Sharma for his contribution to the Jammu region and his strenuous efforts which has strengthened the Congress  party in Jammu region .
They said that MP Jammu- Poonch knows almost every worker, Sarpanch, Panch by name. They assured they will make tireless efforts to make Congress party stronger and ensure record victory in Parliament election 2014.
