DODA, Sept 14: A LNT machine operator was killed, while one another got injured, when they were hit by a huge boulder in Hadal Chilly area falling under the jurisdiction of Gandoh Police Station, a police official said.
The deceased has been identified as Mohammad Yasir, son of Bashir Ahmed, a resident of Bhargi Tehsil Gandoh, while the injured person has been identified as Dharminder Singh, son of Badri Nath, a resident of Manoo Chilly.
On getting information, police team rushed to the spot and with the help of locals shifted the injured person to CHC Gandoh, where he was responding to the treatment, when last reports came in.
After completing legal formalities, the body of the deceased has been handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
Gandoh police has taken cognizance in this regards.
