JAMMU, May 25: All J&K Low Paid Employees Federation (LPEF) has extended full support to the Patwaris in their ongoing agitation.
Abdul Majid Khan, president of the LPEF, while addressing protesting Patwaris and Girdawars at DC office Jammu today extended full support to their cause. He demanded that Government should resolve the pending issues of the revenue employees as the general public is suffering. In the interest of the general public, the Government must take appropriate steps to solve the issue of Patwaris/ Girdawars, he added.
Khan also demanded enhancement of aedical allowance of employees and pensioners and release of pending wages of daily rated workers of PHE, PDD and Anganwadi workers.
