NEW DELHI : The Lok Sabha mourned the deaths of devotees in Deogarh temple stampede in Jharkhand this morning.
Making a reference in the House, Speaker Sumitra Mahajan said, “The tragic accident that left 11 people dead and several injured brought pain and sufferings to bereaved families. The House expresses its sorrow over the incident and wishes a speedy recovery to the injured.
This House also observed a silence for a while as a mark of respect to the departed souls. (AGENCIES)
