UDHAMPUR, May 30: A Lok Adalat was held in the Court Complex at Chenani under the chairmanship of Sumati Sharma, Munsiff.
Twenty-one criminal cases were taken up, out of which 5 cases were decided amicably and fine of Rs 2700 was imposed. Three civil cases were also decided amicably.
Besides this, 12 traffic challans were disposed off and a total fine of Rs 10,100 was realized from defaulters. Two pre-litigation matters were also disposed off amicably.
