UDHAMPUR, Dec 5: Villagers of Latti today protested against Public Works Department and district administration to resent the worst condition of road from Latti to Chenani.
Shouting slogans, they were demanding immediate repair and black topping the road. They alleged that despite repeated requests, no action was taken by the district administration and PWD to repair the Latti to Chenani road.
“The road is in extremely bad condition and during the rainy days, it turns muddy and invites accidents,” said the villagers who threatened to gherao the administration if repair and black topping work is not immediately started.
