“This 14.5 km road from Kulwanta to Bari Ladana under PMGSY Package number JK14-206 was to be completed with an amount of Rs 789.79 lakh by March 2018 but even after the lapse of more than two years since its deadline, the road is incomplete,” the villagers explained.
“These days the condition of the road is so bad that we can’t even walk on it and it is risky to carry sick and old persons, pregnant women to Sub District Hospital Ramnagar and District Hospital Udhampur because of big potholes,” they added.
