RAJOURI, June 8: Agitated over complete failure of BSNL in Thannamandi for the last two weeks, the locals held a strong protest demonstration, here today.
Shouting slogans against the concerned authorities, the protesting people also marched to the BSNL office where only one employee was present.
The protesting people, led by Javed Ahmad, alleged that the BSNL authorities were listing contradictory reasons for failure of the telephone service in the town for the last two weeks with the result that all landline telephones of the area are lying dead while there has been no signal of the mobile phones.
