JAMMU, July 27: J&K Lieutenant Governor (LG), Manoj Sinha will tomorrow award Jugal Kishore Mahajan of J&K with Red Cross Merit Certificate (RCMC).
Mahajan is District Executive Committee Member, IRCS Jammu District and he was selected for the award along with 11 others from Bihar, Odisha, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Chhattisgarh, Manipur, Uttrakhand, Kerala and Punjab.
