LG should ensure implementation of previous directions: NAUP

JAMMU, Mar 21: National Awami United Party (NAUP) president Sandeep Singh today said that Lt Governor Manoj Sinha who is on whirlwind tour of the city, should ensure that his previous directions are implemented on ground.
Sandeep Singh said administration in the UT has totally got disconnected from the masses after August 2019 with having no accountability and making public to run from pillar to post.
“The entrenched political class may not feel the pain from the present administrative set up but the common man is in deep pain,” he said while addressing a party meeting at party headquarters at Eidgah Road, Jammu, during which scores of activists from all walks of life joined the NAUP.
Singh exhorted the new entrants of the party to work with full zeal and dedication to serve the masses in these times of political irrelevancy. Those who joined the NAUP were Prayerna Jamwal, Radhu, Naginder Singh, Aditya Sharma, Nitin Singh, Ravi Dass, Anil Kumar and others.
Prominent party leaders present on the occasion were Anil Dev (general secretary), Renu Bala, Pankaj Langoo, Netar Pal and Rakesh Singh.
