UDHAMPUR, Feb 9: A leopard today died of electrocution when it came in contact with a high tension live wire near Bali Nallah, Udhampur.
According to the reports, the leopard had climbed on a tree and while trying to capture another animal, it came in contact with a high tension wires passing over there. The leopard fell on the ground and died on the spot.
Later, on getting information, Wild Life team rushed to the spot and took the dead body of leopard to the Tanday park where it was buried after postmortem.
