JAMMU, Feb 20: State President, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), Tulsi Dass Langeh today stressed upon the Chief Minister (CM), Omar Abdullah, to revoke the Govt order vide GAD (Ser)/Gen/38/2013 dated January 22, 2014, terming it anti-reserved category order.
Addressing a workers’ meet at Barnai area here, the BSP leader said that it is a matter of great astonishment that this anti-SC, ST and OBC rule has been issued at bureaucracy level and Chief Minister is not aware of such orders.
This is a serious lapse on the part of the ruling political setup headed by CM, Langeh said and demanded the CM to revoke such anti-reserved category orders, besides taking stern action against the bureaucrats, who issued such orders without the consent of the head of ruling political setup.
