JAMMU, Apr 4: Shamim Ahmad Laherwal, under orders of transfer as Secretary (Technical) Transport Department, has been posted as Secretary (Technical) Cooperatives Department with immediate effect.
An order in this regard was issued today by General Administration Department of the State Government.
