SRINAGAR, Dec 4: Police today said a lady committed suicide in frontier Kupwara district of North Kashmir.
A police spokesman said 35 year-old lady (name withheld) who hailed from Khumryial area of Kupwara district, consumed some poisonous substance at her home.
“She was rushed to SMHS Hospital Srinagar where she breathed her last. Police have registered a case in this regard and investigation has been taken up,” he said.
