JAMMU, May 10: KV No. 1 Akhnoor celebrated its annual day with great fervor and enthusiasm.
The program began with the tradition of lighting the lamp by the chief guest Brig. A.K Yadav chairman VMC.
Various cultural programmes were presented by the students on the occasion.
Principal of K.V No. 1 Akhnoor, S.Karan presented the annual report and highlighted the achievements of the Vidyalaya during the Session 2014-15 and laid the future prospective.
The chief guest gave away the prizes among the participants.
In his formal address, Brig Yadav laid out the stress on shifting from traditional values to modernity so that we can produce such a type of stuff that has market adjustability. He emphasized the need of sincerity, honesty and loyalty among the students, teachers and parents. He assured his full support for the betterment of the students and the institution.
