SRINAGAR: The Kashmir University (KU) has postponed all examination which were scheduled to be held on Monday.
A KU spokesman said that all examinations have been postponed and new date will be announced separately later.
Though no reason was given for postponing the examinations, the prevailing situation following the killing of five militants in an encounter and as many civilians in security force action on demonstrators in Shopian on Sunday was behind taking the decision as a precautionary measure. (AGENCIES)
