JAMMU, Aug 21: Various Kashmiri Pandit organizations while rejecting the NSA level talks between India and Pakistan scheduled to be held on August 23 at New Delhi demanded their immediate cancellation.
Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC) while rejecting the NSA talks between India and Pakistan demanded their cancellation in view of Pakistan’s continuous support to terrorism and indulgence in unprovoked shelling on borders.
It said Pakistan continues to bleed India and there should be no talks with it as the country has not stopped cease- fire violations and it has failed to dismantle  training camps of terrorists on its soil.
Besides, Pakistan tried to provoke India by inviting Hurriyat and other separatists of Kashmir Valley for a meeting with Pak NSA Sartaj Aziz, as an effort to make them direct or indirect part of the talks to get so- called Kashmir issue on   fore- front and in limelight as well.
KPC chief Kundan Kashmiri said that Kashmir does not belong to handful separatists but Dogras of Jammu, Kashmiri Pandits, Ladakhis, Gujjars -Bakerwals and other minorities who are equal stakeholders and hence they can’t be ignored.
All Migrant Camp Coordination Committee (AMCCC) has also opposed the NSA level talks between India and Pakistan. The AMCCC which met at Jagti today under the leadership of Desh Rattan passed a resolution in this regard. It said the NSA level talks will yield no results. The meeting said in view of Pak’s betrayal right from 1947, India should not trust it but treat it like an enemy nation.
The meeting  said the Kashmiri Pandits are worst sufferers of Pak misadventures right from 1947. It said the Kashmir does not belong to Hurriyat and other separatist groups but to KPs who are its main stakeholders and no talks will be successful without making them a main party. The AMCCC leaders, condemned the yesterday’s drama of Union and State governments as well as Hurriyat Conference.
Jagti Tenement Committee (JTC) and PCC Migrant Cell in its meeting held under the chairmanship of Shadi Lal Pandita has also opposed the NSA talks and accused the BJP Government of succumbing to the pressure instead of taking a bold stand against Pakistan.
The meeting said in view of Pakistan’s direct involvement in terrorist activities in India, all trade routes be closed with her and no talks held with it in future till stops anti India tirade and smashes all training camps on its territory.
