JAMMU, Sept 21: Ramesh Kaul, chairman Migrant Wing, PDP has nominated R K Koul (Anu Ji) to head the Youth Wing of Migrant Cell PDP J&K.
An order to this effect was issued by Ramesh Kaul here, today. Anu Ji has been asked to maintain a liaison with members of migrant community and party and work for strengthening the party base among displaced youth.
