Kishmish falls on reduce offtake

NEW DELHI, Nov 28:  Kishmish prices fell by Rs 100 per 40 kg in the national capital today due to reduced offtake by stockists and bulk consumers amid adequate stocks following higher arrivals from producing areas.
Kishmish Indian yellow and green prices declined by Rs 100 each to conclude at Rs 4,600-4,900 and Rs 4,700-10,900 per 40 kg, respectively.
Marketmen said reduced offtake by stockists and bulk consumers amid higher arrivals from producing areas, mainly pulled down kishmish prices at the dry fruits market here.
Following are today’s quotations (per 40 kgs):
Almond (California) Rs 21,800, Almond (Gurbandi-new) Rs 10,000-10,300; Almond (Girdhi) Rs 6,800-7,000; Abjosh Afghani Rs 15,000-20,000.
