Kidnapped girl rescued, accused arrested

JAMMU, June 2: Narwal police rescued a kidnapped girl and arrested the accused.
As per police sources, family members lodged a complaint with police post Narwal stating that their two daughters went missing.
As family members came to know that their daughters have been kidnapped, the missing report was later converted into kidnapping case and got registered with Bahu Fort police station and hunt was launched to recover the missing girls and arrest the kidnappers.
On specific information today, a team from Narwal police post rescued one girl and arrested the kidnapper, who has been identified as Rajat Kumar, son of Madan Lal of District Reasi. Hunt was going on to trace out another missing girl.
Police team led by Incharge Narwal police post SI Wasim Mehraj recovered the kidnapped girl and arrested the accused under the supervision of SDPO East Arun Jamwal and SP South Sandeep Choudhary.
