Kidnapped class 10th student recovered

JAMMU, May 9: Bishnah police recovered a kidnapped class 10th student from Pathankot, Punjab.
As per police sources, yesterday, family members hailing from Nowgrah area lodged a complaint with police station Bishnah stating that their son, who is a class 10th student has been missing from the house.
Acting over the complaint, a kidnapping case was registered at Bishnah police station and manhunt was launched to trace him.
On specific inputs, a team from Bishnah police station conducted raid in Pathankot, Punjab and recovered the minor.
During preliminary questioning, the boy revealed that he was kidnapped by a person on gun point in a van.
However, further investigation into the case is going on.
Police team led by SHO Bishnah Inspector Paramjit Singh recovered the minor under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Harjeet Singh and SP Headquarters RC Kotwal.
