JAMMU, Dec 28: A painting exhibition by Akshi Babbar was inaugurated by Bollywood Actor Anupam Kher at Abhinav Art Gallery, which was organised by Nami Dogri Sanstha.
SS Anand Lehar, Patron-in-Chief, Nami Dogri Sanstha was also present in the function and congratulated Akshi Babbar for her good work being inaugurated by Bollywood Star Anupam Kher.
Akshi Babbar is a Master of Fine Arts and has Chandigarh Culture Heritage Festival, 2014 and Annual Art Exhibition, Art College 2014 to her credit.
Advocate Dogra Harish Kaila, President, Nami Dogri Sanstha, Yash Pal ‘Yash’, general secretary, Nami Dogri Sanstha, Retd Capt Lalit Sharma, Dr Chanchal Sharma, organising secretary, Savitri Kala Kunj and Nami Dogri Sanstha, besides many others were present on the occasion.
Akshi Babbar presented a “Sketch” of Anupam Kher to him and Anupam Kher purchased a painting out of 25 paintings.
All this programme was organised by Lehar as Literary Feast in collaboration with Dogra Sadar Sabha (Youth Wing) and Dogra Herald—An English Daily.
