JAMMU, Aug 12: Criticizing Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah for defeating the mission of secularism and pluralistic society of Kashmir, the Kashmiri Hindu Conference in its executive body meeting held under the chairmanship of Advocate M L Thussu termed the rule of present Government as the darkest period in the post independence era for the Kashmiri Pandit Community.
The meeting said that Omar’s regime has deprived Kashmiri Pandits in all fields and tactfully avoided their return to Kashmir to preserve his vote bank.
P L Koul Badgami, convener KHC said that Omar has supported civilizational murder in Kashmir, adding this way he has thrown the State culturally and socially back to the times of 878 AD.
