JAMMU, Feb 13: Hotel Asia is going to organize “Kebab’s Food Feast” at Pavilion, the Multi Cuisine Restaurant of the hotel from February 15 to 24.
DN Chauhan, General Manager, Operations said that this 10 day food festival will offer TDH menu (Table of the Host) including welcome drink, several type of Vegetarians and Non-Vegetarian Kebabs, Biryanis of Choice, Dal Makhni, Raita, Mirchi ka Salan and choice of Indian breads to mouth watering desserts.
“We are also offering ala carte-special including Succulent Kebabs, Steaming Hot Briyanis and an array of different type of Tanduri Naan, Rumali, Kulcha and many more.
Naresh Dabral, Executive Chef of Hotel Asia said that the menu offers a tempeting array of delicacies to experience a blend of sophisticated flavour of royal Awadhi “Dum Pukth” biryanis to the warmth of aromatic kebabs from “Mughal Court”.
Our menu includes Kebabs Vegetarians Malai Broccoli, Crunchi Sbj Seekh Kebab, Tanduri Phal Wale Sabj Bagh, Anjeer Ke Kebab, Dahi Ke Nawabi Kebab, Tanduri Aloo Nazakut, Kacche Kele Ke Shami Kebab, etc.
