KATHUA, July 22: Kathua police has arrested two thieves involved in burglary cases in the town and put them on sustained introgation.
Acting swiftly on a recent theft case lodged in Police Station, Kathua, investigating team of Police Station led by SHO, Inspector, Amit Sangra today apprehended two thieves namely Summit Singh alias Pantu, S/o Sardar Singh, R/o Ward No 7 and Shekhu Sharma, S/o Subash Sharma ,R/o Shastri Nagar Ward No 13 Kathua.
Both accused have been found to be involved in burglary in shops of Kathua market. Police also recovered an amount of Rs 4500 from their possession. Police team of Kathua PS is investigating the case further for more recovery and to ascertain their involvement in other theft cases.
