JAMMU, Dec 9: Kashmiri novel ‘Ded’, written by Dr Sohan Kaul was released today in a function organized by Kali Das Theatres and J&K Fiction Writers Guild in Srinagar.
Top writers and artistes of Kashmiri literature were present in the function, which was presided over by eminent writer Ghulam Nabi Khayal while Farooq Nazki was the chief guest.
Famous Urdu fiction writer and president of J&K Fiction Writers Guild Wahshi Syed was also present.
Critic Adil Mohi-ud-Din read a paper on Novel. R L Talashi had also sent a paper and the excerpts from it were read by Wali Mohammad Khushbash.
Broadcaster Amin Bhat conducted the proceedings while Salim Salik presented vote of thanks.
