JAMMU, Sept 5: Senior Congress leader and Member Parliament (Rajya Sabha), Dr Karan Singh today expressed shock over the havoc caused by the floods in Jammu and Kashmir.
“I am deeply distressed to learn of the havoc caused by floods and bus mishap in Jammu as well as in Valley and for the tragic loss of life and destruction of property”, he said in a statement, adding “I express my deep sympathy for all those affected by this natural disaster and hope that the State Government will take urgent steps for their compensation and rehabilitation”.
