Kanimozhi moves SC to quash proceedings against her in 2G case

NEW DELHI, July 24:
DMK leader Kanimozhi today moved the Supreme Court for quashing the proceedings against her in 2G scam case.
Kanimozhi, daughter of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi, in her petition has contended that no criminal case is made out against her and therefore, criminal proceedings pending against her should be quashed.
Kanimozhi, who is out on bail in the case, is facing trial in the Rs 1.76 lakh crores scam along with former Telecom minister A Raja and other corporate honchos.(UNI)
