SAMBA, Feb 2 : All J&K Sat Guru Kabir Sabha Block Vijaypur celebrated 502th Nirvan Divas at Vijapur today.
On the occasion a Nagar -Kirtan was organized by the devotees which started from village Bagoona (Rajinderpura) and passed through Nathwal, Sangwal, Salmeri, Gupwal 17 Miles, Badali, Swankha and ended at Kabir Mandir Swankha.
While talking to the media persons, Prof. Ashok Bhagat, vice president of the Sabha said that their mission is to deliver the message of Sant Kabir that “all human beings are created by the God in similar manner and none is superior or inferior”. He said “We must follow the foot prints of Sant Kabir”. He appealed to the devotees to participate in the function which will be held at Rajinderpura (Bagoona) on February 9 in large numbers.
The Nagar Kirtan was held under the leadership of Tirath Ram Bhagat – president of the Sabha and Prof. Ashok Bhagat its vice president.
