JAMMU, June 13: Jammu West Assembly Movement held protest against the terror attack on security forces in which 5 CRPF personnel attained martyrdom and several others got injured in District Anantnag in Kashmir.
The activists of JWAM led by its President Sunil Dimple assembled near Arorian Di Chapri and raised slogans against Pakistan. During the protest, the protestors also burnt the Pakistani flags and effigy of Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan.
While addressing the gathering, Sunil Dimple said that that attack on security forces is attack on country.
He asked Prime Minister not to hold Indo-Pak talks and carry out surgical strike on the training camps of militants in Pakistan.
“The attack on security forces took place enroute Shri Amarnath Shrine”, he said and appealed to the Government of India to ensure fool proof security for the smooth conduct of the Shri Amarnath Yatra.
Among others present were Satpal Sharma, Ashok, Dev Raj, Arjun Anand, Divanshu Kapai, Jatinder Gupta, Vinet Kumar, Vipan, Mukesh, Ram Kumar Das, Thodu Ram, Rakesh Sharma, Sanjay Sethi, Randheer Singh Bali and Rinku Sharma.
