LEH, Aug 21: Justice Tashi Rabstan, Administrative Judge of Leh district today conducted inspection of courts at District Court Complex here.
He inspected the files of the District and Sessions Court and stressed upon settlement of cases through alternate mode of dispute resolution. He also intervened in a matrimonial case and tried to settle down the issues between the parties. The case was ultimately sent to mediator for mediation.
Justice Rabstan also interacted with Bar members and staff of the courts and assured redressal of their grievances. The Bar members requested for enhancement of Library Fund.
After court inspection, Justice Rabstan also inspected the site for the construction of new Court Complex and J&K High Court Guest House at Melongthang along with Sanjay Ticku, Senior Architect whose services have been engaged by High Court for the purpose of construction of court buildings and guest houses.
The officers of the executing agencies were also called on the spot and necessary directions were passed to them for expediting the construction work.
