JAMMU, June 5: Bharatiya Janata Party MP Jugal Kishore Sharma, along with MLA Sukhnandan Kumar Choudhary today laid foundation stone of Community Hall at village Alora, which costs Rs 14.50 lakh from MPLADS.
The two leaders addressed a public meeting at Alora and also visited village Mandal Phallain and Marh.
While addressing the gathering at Alora, Jugal Kishore said that during the past two years, the nation has witnessed massive development and record number of welfare schemes stood launched by the BJP led NDA Government under the stewardship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said that the people had been yearning for a change and they brought in BJP at the Centre as well as in maximum States, including Jammu & Kashmir. He said that providing battle rail and road connectivity, means of communication, modern facilities of health care and ensuring social and economic upliftment of women, farmers and youth has been the hallmark of this Government. He said that the chain of development has been started by the Central Govt. and all the parts of Jammu will get share of development in quality as well as in quantity.
MLA Sukhnandan Kumar said that the rural areas have been getting extra attention in the programmes and policies of Narendra Modi led Government and the farmers will get great benefits of the same.
SDM South, Sonu Pargal, Tehsildar Marh and other administrative staff of PHE, PWD, RD were present. Senior leaders of Kissan Morcha and Mandal presidents were also present on the occasion.
