JUET: Over twelve hundred candidates appear in Mathematics

JAMMU, June 11: Over twelve hundred candidates appeared in the Mathematics combination of the Jammu University Entrance Test (JUET), conducted by the University across the State.
As per the handout issued by the Office of the Public Relations, University of Jammu, 2577 candidates appeared in the four subjects (Mathematics, Hindi, PGD Human Rights and LLB 5 years) of the Jammu University Entrance Test (JUET) at nine centers including Jammu, Kathua, Poonch, Rajouri, Srinagar, Udhampur, Reasi, Bhaderwah and Leh.
A total of 1404 candidates have applied for Mathematics combination, out of which 1277 candidates appeared in the test while 127 candidates were absent.
In Hindi combination, 1010 candidates had applied and 903 candidates appeared and rest were absent where as in PGD Human Rights combination, out of 54 candidates who had applied 32 candidates appeared in the test and 22 were absent.
In LLB (5 years) combination, 365 candidates appeared in the test out of a total of 440 candidates who had applied for the same while 75 were absent.
