JAMMU, June 1: In the wake of alleged sexual harassment of a girl student by an Assistant Professor in Jammu University, a deputation of civil society today called on Vice-Chancellor Prof R D Sharma and demanded stern action against the accused.
The deputation, led by Shiv Sena Hindustan president, Pt Rajesh Kesri, expressed serious concern over the incident and appealed the VC to take serious note of episode besides ensuring that the guilty is served an exemplary punishment.
