JAMMU, Aug 28: The University of Jammu declared the results of 2nd and 4th Semester of MA Buddhist Studies and 4th Semester of Information Technology, here today.
According to a handout issued here the result of MA Hindi Semester first had already been declared, while the result of 3rd Semester shall be declared in two to three days.
“It is for the first time that Jammu University has uploaded marks cards of these examinations. This year the result of most of the PG examinations conducted during May-June 2012 have been declared earlier than the last year dates because of the new initiatives taken with regard to evaluation process. Some of the examinations where results are yet to be declared are having huge students strength and the examination wing is pursuing their quick evaluation. Hopefully the results of these courses will also be declared well in time,” informed Manoj Dhar Controller Examination while talking to Excelsior.
“In order to avoid the hassles of the students applying for re-evaluation the university has taken new initiatives of uploading the marks card on its website. The students can download the marks card and submit these for re-evaluation purpose,” Dhar further informed.
