JTC, SKF protest enters 283rd day

JAMMU, July 11: The Jagti Tenement Committee (JTC) and Soan Kashmir Front (SKF) protest entered 283rd day at Jagti township today.
Addressing the protesters, Shadi Lal Pandita president JTC and SKF said that the Government should fulfill the demands at an earliest. Pandita said Government should resettle the displaced Pandits in Kashmir Valley which is their mother land. He also reiterated his demand regarding increasing the monthly cash relief from Rs 13,000 to Rs 25,000 per family, job package for those families who have no serving Government employee, compensation for losses suffered in 31 years of turmoil and on spot recruitment in police and para military forces for community youth be held in migrant camps and non camp areas.
