JAMMU, Sept 11: Jagti Tenement Committee (JTC) in a meeting today held under the chairmanship of M L Akhoon discussed various issues.
The meeting, while expressing satisfaction over the assurance given by Relief Commissioner regarding the enhancement of the relief for displaced people expressed the hope that Union Government will take a decision in this regard soon.
Addressing the meeting S L Pandita demanded that the migrants be settled at one place in Kashmir valley, implementation of PM’s employment package in letter and spirit, enhancement of cash relief, redressal of problems of Jagti camp inmates, proper accommodation to KP youth serving in Valley and pending works be completed at Jagti without further delay.
