JMM-Cong-RJD set to form Govt

Ranchi, Dec 23: The Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM)-Congress- RJD alliance today dislodged the BJP from power in Jharkhand winning majority in 81-member House by securing 47 seats.
The BJP which ruled Jharkhand for last five years was reduced to 25 seats as against 37 in the previous Assembly.
Conceding defeat, Chief Minister Raghubar Das submitted his resignation to the Governor.
Others secured eight seats and were leading in another.
JMM supremo Hemant Soren is set to be next Chief Minister of Jharkhand.
