JAMMU, Sept 29: Apni Party general secretary Vikram Malhotra today accused Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) of treating Ward 4 step-motherly in Jammu East.
“The people are suffering because of the biased approach of the JMC towards the above said ward. The selective approach of the Corporation is highly condemnable as the people have been compelled to suffer in absence of basic amenities,” said Malhotra.
He was speaking at a joining programme in which Janta Dal Secular’s vice president, Hukam Chand Andotra (Dorga) along with supporters from Jammu East Assembly Constituency today joined Apni Party in presence of Party president, Syed Mohammed Altaf Bukhari. The joining programme was organised by general secretary, Vikram Malhotra in which Andotra along with Opender Nath, S.K. Tadyal, Divyanshu, Amit Kumar, Lalit Verma, Chandana, and others joined the Party.
Speaking on the occasion, Vikram Malhotra said that the JMC has completely failed to come up to the expectation of the people and the people are made to suffer. “The supporters of a political party are getting the attention of the Corporation and others are ignored with regard to cleanliness, developmental works,” he said.
