JAMMU, Feb 26: Mandeep Kaur, Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation, convened a meeting in her office chambers regarding technical proposals for development of sites belonging to Jammu Municipal Corporation on commercial basis. The sites are located at Janipur (Paloura), Sunjwan, Narwal Bala, Satwari (Narwal Pain) Khanpur (Jagti Nagrota), Bandhu Rakh (Deeli) Kot Bhalwal, Prade Sabzi Mandi, the proposal for which has been invited from registered builders and developers.
During the meeting, Commissioner, JMC requested all the registered builders and developers who participated in the meeting to submit their proposals with regard to development of sites at different locations under Public Private Partnership Program (PPP mode) within a period of one month and all the participating builders and developers agreed with the proposal of the commissioner.
Those who participated in the meeting included R S Jamwal, Joint Commissioner (Adm), Joint Commissioner (W), Sr Town Planner, Executive Engineers (T) & (C), Naib Tehsildar (Rev), Asstt. Executive Engineers and other registered builders.
