JAMMU, Jan 11: A deputation of Jammu and Kashmir Teachers Forum, led by Ganesh Khajuria, State general secretary along with delegates from Reasi, Udhampur, Rajouri, Jammu, Doda and Kishtwar, called on Anuradha Gupta, Director School Education Jammu in her office chamber for discussing certain issues confronting the teaching community.
In the presence of Rajeev Khajuria, Personnel Officer, the JKTF demanded DPC of Class IV employees of Distt Reasi, adjustments of promotee class IV to Junior Assistants, resolution of salary issues of Head Teachers, Masters, RReTs working under erstwhile SSA and RMSA and now Smagrah Shiksha, DPC of Teachers to Masters and Masters to Headmasters Selection grade in favour of under graduate teachers, grant of Time Bound Promotion in favour of those teachers who have been transferred from one district to another on mutual/ reciprocal basis at the present Distt.
While elaborating the issues in detail, Khajuria stressed upon to issue the clear directions to the concerned CEO Reasi to provide opportunity to the highly qualified Class IV also to appear in the typing test for promotion as Junior Assistants. He also requested the Director School Education Jammu to expedite the regularlisation process in favour of those ReTs who have completed their five years of satisfactory regular service.
After listening the demands patiently put forth by Ganesh Khajuria , DSEJ assured the deputation that the work on salary issues of Masters and RReTs working under SSA and RMSA was going on fast track and most probably the formal order in this regard would be issued in shortest possible time. She further assured the deputation that process of updation of Seniority of different cadres was underway and would be uploaded for public domain in the website of DSEJ shortly. She also gave assurance that the other issues would be resolved in stipulated period of time.
Those who were the part of the deputation, included Rajinder Gupta, Soorat Singh Toofani, S Ravinder Singh, Mohd. Iqbal, Darshan Sharma, Jamat Ali Agha ,Sham Badyal, Sushil Kuldeep Singh Bandral, Raj Singh, Shankar Singh, Surinder Sharma and others.
