Akhnoor, Feb. 6: In a move to educate the people from reserved categories about the reservation rights, one day Chintan Manthan on Save Reservation was organized here by the Akhnoor Chapter of Jammu Kashmir Reserve Categories Employees Association (JKRCEA) at Batlaa, Devipur.
Dr Sanjay Bhasin, State Chief of JKRCEA, was the chief guest and inaugurated the Chintan Manthan while as Joginder Paul, Roshan Din Choudhary, Pawan Bhagat, Raj Kumar Samyal, Ved Prakash, Bodh Raj Bhagat, Lok Nath (All executive members of JKRCEA), Bodh Raj Bhagat, Vice, President, All India Bhagat Mahasabha and Raj Kumar Bhagat (Sarpanch) were among the delegates who participated and putforth their views point in the daylong session.
Dr Sanjay Bhasin said that reservation to underprivileged classes is their constitutional right and thus nobody should oppose this.
Dr Zabeer Ahmed, general secretary of JKRCEA, while elaborating the aims and objectives of JKRCEA said that their organization is purely working on ideology of Dr B R Ambedkar.
Bodh Raj Bhagat, Vice President, All India Bhagat Mahasabha, lauded the efforts of JKRCEA for uniting the reserved categories.
Kuldeep Kumar Bhagat, Chairman, Akhnoor Chapter of JKRCEA, Raj Kumar, Deepak Kaith, Kamal Kishore and Sunil Thapa were among many others who spoke on the ocassion. Ashok Bhagat conducted the proceeding and Kewal Kumar presented vote of thanks.
