JKPSA demands action against schools indulged in fraud

JAMMU, Apr 7: J&K Private Schools Association (JKPSA) has demanded the Government to take action against the schools that are indulged in fraud with the students.
Taking cognizance of the fraud committed by an unrecognized private school with 13 students of class 10th, Ajay Gupta (general secretary JKPSA Jammu), while chairing a meeting of the members of the Association, labeled the education department responsible for the fraud committed by the school.
He said that time and again association has demanded a check on the mushrooming growth of all educational institutions viz. unrecognized schools but till date authorities have become mute spectator. He said till date Director School Education, Jammu has issued no circular for confirmation/countersignature of result of private schools of Jammu division for the academic session 2020-21, which is worrisome.
Kamal Gupta, president of the association demanded immediate circulation of circular for confirmation/countersignature of result of private schools of Jammu division by DSE Jammu and also demanded penalty for all those who are cheating the innocents.
