JAMMU, Nov 26: Madan Lal Chalotra, Chairman of the OBC Department in the Jammu & Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee, today held an important meeting at the Congress office in Jammu.
The focal point of this gathering was the establishment of the State and District Committees for the OBC Department in Jammu & Kashmir.
Expressing gratitude to the Party High Command for bestowing upon him the leadership of the OBC Department, Chalotra articulated the Congress party’s unwavering trust in the Party High Command.
This trust, he highlighted, has been consistently reflected in the party’s dedication to representing all sections of society and providing equal opportunities, devoid of any discriminatory practices.
Chalotra reiterated the Congress party’s staunch belief in the unity of people, transcending religious or regional identities.
In a call to action, he appealed to the public to rally behind the Congress party, drawing a sharp contrast with the BJP, which he characterized as anti-OBC and not genuinely supportive of the community.

Culminating with a collective commitment, leaders and party workers pledged to fortify the Congress party’s position and actively contribute to the upliftment of the OBC community.
