SRINAGAR, Jan 23: Jammu and Kashmir Projects Construction Corporation (JKPCC) Employees Union has appealed the R & B Minister, Abdul Majid Wani to issue orders for speedy execution of works at SPS library, Lal Mandi here.
In a statement, a spokesman of the union while expressing concern over the delay in the completion of the project said that the project was taken up in 2002 and since then the work is going on at snail’s price. He alleged that inexperienced and corrupt engineers have been entrusted with the work on this project thus leading to delay in its completion.
