JAMMU, Mar 7: On the call of Joint Forum, J&K Grameen Bank Officers Association (JKGBOA) has decided to observe two days nation wide strike on March 10 and 11 to highlight their demands.
This was stated in a handout issued by Ranjit Kapoor, General Secretary, JKGBOA. The demands projected in the release included no privatization of RRB’s, introduction of compassionate appointment, pension parity scheme in RRBs at par with the scheme in NCBs, full implementation of bipartite settlement in RRB and no outsourcing of RRB staff.
Kapoor called upon all comrades to assemble at J&K Grameen Bank Head Office Narwal to make the strike a grand success.
