JAMMU, Aug 2: Shiv Sena Jammu and Kashmir chief Manish Sahni along with a team of leaders today met Party president Uddhav Thackeray at Matoshree and apprised him regarding the issues of Jammu and Kashmir.
Sahni said that each Shiv Sainik of Jammu and Kashmir is engaged in public service under the guidance of the Party president and said that on his call the Party will enter the fray in the upcoming Assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir.
Sahni also handed over the affidavits of the J&K office bearers to the Party chief Uddhav Thackeray.
Sahni said that the Party president has given us instructions to raise voice strongly against injustice. “Following Party president’s order, Shiv Sena J&K unit has geared up to expose the pseudo Hindutva of the Bharatiya Janata Party in the upcoming elections,” Sahni said.
Sahni said that the situation is very tense in Kashmir and the BJP led Government at the Centre wants to hide the ground situation in Kashmir from the people across the nation, which is far away from the situation claimed or projected by the Government.
Among those who were present include Party national organizer Ashok Tiwari and Vinod Kumar Singh, president women’s wing J&K, Meenakshi Chhibber, Kamgar wing Raj Singh and Sukhwider Kaur.
