RAMBAN, Oct 17: All J&K Patwar Association held a protest regarding their long pending demands.
All the Patwaries and GQs assembled in front of DC office and raised slogans in favour of their demands.
While speaking, district president of the association Abdul Majid Sohil said that the DPC of the senior Patwaries of Jammu province is being delayed from long time. He added that the salaries and stipend of the BOPEE selected Patwaries has not been released till date. He further added that they have not been paid even a single penny since their appointment.
Sohil added that the pay grade of the BOPEE selected Patwaries should be revoked as 2800 which was earlier tarnished from 2800 to 2400. He said that the GQ circle should be created as soon as possible.
