JK Grameen Bank ranked first among all RRBs in India

JAMMU, Nov 14: J&K Grameen Bank has pitched a top position in terms of achievement of Rupay Card transaction targets (POS and eCOM) as it has been ranked first from among the 56 RRBs across the country. As per the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) survey for the last financial year 2018-19, Bank has achieved 94.95% target for POS/ eCOM transactions.
J&K Grameen Bank has been continuously engaging into latest digital services and bringing up the best digital products to its esteemed customers, a hanout issued by the Bank stated. It said J&K Grameen Bank has been providing digital Services since March 2014 and since then has been continuously adding all the new digital trends available in the market. Presently the Bank offers digital products to its customers as RuPay Debit Cards , Kisan Cards, PMJDY Debit Cards, NEFT/ RTGS, POS, eCOM, IMPS, SMS Alerts, BHIM UPI, ABPS and DBT.
Filled with pride over one more honor in the name of Bank, its Chairman Janak Raj Angural, congratulated the Digital & Alternative Channel Cell, IT Department and the operational teams for all the diligence and effort by the team as a whole. He complimented all the precious customers of the Bank for this remarkable success. He has expressed his gratification in fulfilling the continuing demand of customers for the latest Digital Services. He said that the Digital transactions are a need of the hour as the Bank aides its mission to make India a cashless economy. He also expressed bouquet of thanks to Sponsor Bank (J&K Bank) for their continuous support and guidance.
