J&K Bank organizes financial literacy camp

JAMMU, Aug 31: J&K Bank, Branch Parladhpur, in collaboration with NABARD organized a financial literacy camp at village Gandu Chak, Block Mandal Phallain, Jammu.
The camp was organized to impart awareness about the schemes under financial inclusion for the people of the area. A large number of people including Sodagar Singh Saini (Sarpanch), Sham Lal (Naib Sarpanch), Karam Chand (Numberdar), Poli Devi (Panch) and other prominent persons were present.
Rajesh Gupta (Cluster Head, J&K Bank), Ramesh Koul (FID Incharge), Sanjay Gupta, Branch Head, Parladhpur Branch, Ravi Sharma (Bank official), Rahul Sharma from Met Life India, Raman Kumar, Business Correspondent, appraised the people about various schemes.
Sanjay Gupta urged the gathering to availa the benefits of various schemes like Pradhan Mantra Jan Dhan Yojna, Mudra Loan, DRI, KCC, PMJJBY, APY, AASRA and Ladli Beti.
Ramesh Koul, Incharge, FID, explained in detail the features of various schemes to the people.
